St. Peregrine, patron saint of cancer patients, please pray for Mickey in his hour of need and suffering. Ask dear Jesus and His Mother Mary to come to him and console him so he does not feel the pain but only the love of Jesus’ purifying powers of grace and peace.Update: I took Mickey for his chemo treatments today at the Hillman Cancer Center in Pittsburgh. He is very thin and in pain. The doctor is increasing his pain medicine. He is in much pain when he tries to walk. I’m worried.
I saw many people there with cancer. One young woman in her 20s with a toddler in a stroller. It makes you want to cry. Please pray for all of them. The staff at Hillman is great.
Please keep praying.
