Hi, I’m new to this forum but would like to ask for prayers for my ongoing recovery from severe depression & suicidal ideation.

I recently came home from 10 days in the hospital. I’ve been battling the illness for almost 5 years but never to quite this extant. I pray constantly for strength and the courage to face this illness and not give in to destructive thoughts. Your prayers are much appreciated! And I am so happy to join in with all the prayer warriors in all of your intentions. Thank you so much!

I will be saying my rosary shortly and will include your intentions in it. Also, I will ask for St. Dymphna’s intercession also. God bless you!

Holy Spirit, please help and deliver this person from all depression and anxiety.
Holy Spirit Come!

May the Lord given you strength, and may His divine light and love always bring joy to your heart. Amen.

P.S. Thank you so much for including us in your prayers as well.

God Bless.

Praying for you, LucyHoney.

Prayer against Depression - by Saint Ignatius of Loyola

O Christ Jesus,
when all is darkness
and we feel our weakness and helplessness,
give us the sense of Your presence,
Your love, and Your strength.
Help us to have perfect trust
in Your protecting love
and strengthening power,
so that nothing may frighten or worry us,
for, living close to You,
we shall see Your hand,
Your purpose, Your will through all things.

Praying for your intentions:

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen.

God Bless
In Jesus through Mary
Steve
