watch with us over your children
and grant that they may be restored
to that perfect health which it is Yours alone to give. Relieve any pain, guard them from all danger, restore to them
Your gifts of gladness and strength, and raise them up to a life of service to You.

UPDATE: Thanks for asking, Katherine. She’s doing well. She recovered very well from the surgery and her surgeon was very happy about that. We know that the cancer could be elsewhere in the body because the lymph nodes they removed were cancerous. She’s scheduled for a test in early June to see if the thyroid cancer is anywhere in her body.
