Rocky, my prayers are for your daughter and sil and your little grandson who you must be terribly worried about at this time. May God give them the strength to fight their addiction for the sake of their little boy.

Please comfort Rocky and his wife after all they’ve suffered and give the blessing of rewarding their prayers with Angela and Bill’s turnaround to become healthy and responsible.

We lift up our intentions on behalf of Angela and Bill and ask for your mercy, intervention, and expression of unconditional love to this couple in accordance with your Holy and perfect will. Dear Lord, please send your consoling and warm Holy Spirit to be with this couple, and help them to overcome the scourge of addiction with the help of all you send to minister to them. Please bless their child and keep their dear son safe and healthy through this time. Please hear the persistent prayers of your people and provide this couple with the guidance and interior strength to make the choices you would have them make to love and honor you and your people, O Lord. Please also grant the parents and family courage, strong faith, and hope in You, dear Lord. You often place challenges and trials in our lives to help with our formation, and you always provide a way out for us, but the pain and anxiety are often very great and we need your reassurance during this time for our friend Rocky.

We have a meeting today with the Dept.of Social Services,Angie and Bill(We called them out of concern for my grandsons safety).Angela and Bill admited the drug use to them when they were told to submit to a drug screen.We are praying that we can get temparary custody and that Angie and Bill will go into treatment to try and brake the bondage they are in and be able to raise their child in a safe environment.May our Lord Bless all you.Thank you so much for your prayers,Rocky.

Rocky. i hope everything went ok at the meeting today and i pray that you’re daughter and sil take the help that is offered to them for the sake of their little boy and family unity. May they also realize how very lucky they are to have parents like you who are there to love help and support them through all of this. God bless and i will keep you all in my prayers

My Dear brothers and sisters,Thank you for your prayers.I’ll try not to be too lengthy with this update.We agreed to let Bill’s sister care for baby Danny.He is safe with her family.They are christian,but not catholic.We can see him,have him over for visits etc.The main thing is he is safe.I feel I owe you more info.My wife and I have been dealing with my daughters addiction for about 3yrs.Her first marridge was destroyed because of drug use by Angie and her first husband.They have 3 beatiful daughters.Her first husband sat in our kitchen,told us he was responsible for the drug use and crying,he said he was sorry.Evan though I was angry I calmly told him I forgive you.He left to go stay with his mother and try and get straight and Praise be to God,He was able to stop the drug use.Angie and my 3Grand-Daughters stayed with us…Cont.
 
Angie continued to use.She would steal money from us,took 2rifiles,a 22 pistal and traded them to a drug dealer for drugs.We put her in a drug rehab facility for 6 wks.The only thing we told our grand-daughters was Mommy is sick and is getting help.When she came back home,she started to use again.She would disappear for days.She took 3 of my guitars including a Les Paul Gold Top and pawned them for drug money.I paid to get them back.Cont…
 
Cont…Angie stated going to a 12 step program and finally it seemed our prayers were being answered.She started working at a Drug Rehab facility while continuing the AA meetings.She met Bill at AA.He had been court ordered to attend.They started a relationship and started to “use”.She left our house and moved in with Bill.My ex-son in law,remained drug free,had a job and re-married.He wanted to raise his daughters.It was painful to let them go(they had lived with us for 3 yrs.)but through all of this we wanted to do what was best for our grand-dayghters so we let them live with their Dad.We have them most week-ends. cont…
 
Angie and Bill continued to use untill she found out she was pregnant.After she had the baby(about 3 months ago,They picked up where they left off with the drugs.Last week while my wife and I were at work,they came into our home and took 3 I-pods belonging to our grand-daughters,a 9mm pistal belonging to me and pawned them for drug money.This is when we called the dept.of Social Services and the Sheriffs office,after the meeting yesterday at the DDS,Angie and Bill were taken to jail for the theft of a hand gun(felony) and theft of other items.In the State we live in,we are considered "the Victims"and can suggest what will be done to them.We want to use this as a tool to get both of them into a Re-hab facility and not have to go through the Prison system.The gun charge, if we or the state presses the charge,has a 5yr min.sentence.Please pray the Lords will be done.We don’t want Bill or Angie to go to prison.We want them to be Healed and Delivered and do what they were created to do,To love and serve our Lord.May our Lord Bless all of you and protect your families,Rocky.

Rocky, all this time you and your wife, and the children, have been going through so much.
I ask You, Lord Jesus to please keep this family in my prayers and daily Masses as long as it takes.
Father I offer You Jesus on the Cross for this family. Mother Mary please pray for them.
