Please pray for my fall into sin

Please pray for me. I’ve succumbed to the weight of my cross and wallowed in the dirt rather than get back up. It is a fall I continuously repeat. I’ve managed to bear it easier over the last few months, but the more strength I gain, the harder I eventually fall. This last fall in particular left me deep in the mud. I need all the help I can get so that I can offer my struggle to the Lord in the hope he will brush away the stains of sin and lead me back on the path to His will. Thank You
 
Praying to the Holy Spirit to give you guidance, direction, strength, fortitude & wisdom in your time of need.
 
God will always brush away the stains of sin and lead you back and reach out his “hand” to you when you are down for those who repent and are sorrowful. Confession is the healer of the soul and wipes your slate clean. You’re not alone in struggling with the same sin over and over again no matter what sin in may be. God is the God of all hope and I pray for you to overcome your struggle with this issue. Don’t give up.

Just get back up. That’s all you need do. Go to confession.

I think its difficult when you feel you are battling it all on your own & you are unacceptable to God unless you are perfect. Keep battling & going to confession. Maybe God wants to show you He forgives 70 x 7. Maybe you can get some outside help if it is something you really have to fix. Maybe everytime you fall, think of something you can do to offer to.God instead. It doesnt necessarily have to be a sacrifice, maybe something you do well, or just a beautiful day. Maybe try to offer God your best, because there is a lot more to you than this ‘fall’ you struggle with.
Sometimes people fall because they lack.comfort. Maybe go to the God of comfort at those times, whose yolk is easy and burden light, & ask for His Love, cause that is what you need, not the demands & harshness of the world.

St. Michael the Archangel,
defend us in battle.
Be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the Devil.
May God rebuke him, we humbly pray,

O Prince of the heavenly hosts,
by the power of God,

Prayer For Mercy

O Greatly Merciful God, Infinite Goodness, today all mankind calls out from the abyss of its misery to Your mercy – to Your compassion, O God; and it is with its mighty voice of misery that it cries out. Gracious God, do not reject the prayer of this earth’s exiles!

O Lord, goodness beyond our understanding, who are acquainted with our misery through and through and know that by our power we cannot ascend to You, we implore You, anticipate us with Your grace and keep on increasing Your mercy in us, that we may faithfully do Your Holy Will all through our life and at death’s hour.

Let the omnipotence of Your mercy shield us from the dart’s of our salvation’s enemies, that we may with confidence, as Your children, await Your final coming – the day known to You alone. And we expect to obtain everything promised us by Jesus in spite of all our wretchedness.

For Jesus is our Hope: Through his merciful Heart, as through an open gate, we pass through to heaven. Amen.
