Please pray for my family

I come here once again in search of prayers and perhaps a miracle from God…

My DH still has not found a job. 😦 My constant morning sickness is now being regulated with prescription drugs, something I wanted to avoid, but because I must work, I have no choice. I would so appreciate your prayers that DH will get a great job with health insurance ASAP so I can be home with our DD and unborn little one. I just can’t take this situation anymore. :crying:

Also, my grandfather appears to be near death. I just pray that it will be painless and that if now is the time, that Jesus’ peace can take hold in our family’s hearts and souls. :crossrc:

I thank you ahead of time again for your kindness and willingness to pray for others. My life is miserable instead of being joyful as it should be. 😦

Dear Belle, my heart goes out to you and I will keep you and your family very much in prayer. You don’t find having dry crackers by your bed to have a couple before you get up helps?
It’s not surprising you have continuing morning sickness when you are stressed. I’m off to Mass shortly so will pray with all my heart in Mass and Communion for you, your husband, your little baby, and your grandfather.

Lord Father, You always have us in your care, reguardless of what we are going through. Bless this family in more ways than one, bring them the consolation they so need. Amen

I’m praying for you and your family. I spent the entire 9 months of two pregnancies with “all-day morning sickness”. So, you have special prayers going up just for you.

Three saints come to mind. St Mary, St Joseph, and St Jude. Will pray for your intentions through their intercessions…

Resurrecting this old thread, asking humbly for prayers once again. :o

My grandfather did die (May 29) – thank you to all who prayed for him and our family. The bolded section above has not changed. Each day gets more and more difficult. :crying:

prayers for you and your family. take a few minutes to pray to st. joseph, st. jude and st. rita. st. rita was also known a saint of the impossible.
For what it’s worth: When I had morning sickness and acid indigestion I sipped on slushies and it helped my stomach. I think it made it too numb to be sick. Couldn’t hurt to try it. I’ve also heard the opposite to drink something warm.

Continued prayers for you and for the repose of the soul of your Grandpa. May perpetual light shine upon him and may his soul, and all the souls of the faithful departed, rest in peace. I will continue to pray for the intercession of St. Joseph for all those seeking jobs. I will keep all your intensions in my prayers.
