Please pray for my father

Brothers and Sisters, I ask that you pray for my father who was recently diagnosed with colon cancer. I pray to the Father and ask the saints for their intercession in this matter. Please pray for our family that we might have strength and peace while battling this with him. Thank you.

REMEMBER, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to thy protection, implored thy help, or sought thy intercession was left unaided. Inspired with this confidence, I fly to thee, O Virgin of virgins, my Mother; to thee do I come; before thee I stand, sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in thy mercy hear and answer me. Amen.
 
Prayer for Those With Cancer

Bless, O God,
all who struggle with cancer.
Empower them with hope
for each and every day.
Provide them with loving
and tender care, laughter,
and the support of love.
Grant them
courage when they are afraid,
comfort when they are in pain,
and your blessing
when all else seems hopeless,
that in their fight with illness
they may continue to praise you
and glorify your name.
Amen.
 
Saying prayers for your father and your family. May the Lord heal him and may he walk closely with you all and give you his strength and peace.

Merciful God,
we remember before you all who are sick this day.
Give them courage during times of illness,
Help them to face and overcome their fears.
Be with them if they feel alone or rejected.
Comfort them when they are discouraged.
And touch them with your healing Spirit
that they may find and possess eternal life,
now and forever.

Dear Lord, grant this man Your healing. Please send angels his way to guide the physicians caring for him. Please unite this family in Your name and give them strength.

Please lay Your hands upon him during his care and treatment and grant him the outcome that is most blessed.
 
Praying that the Lord may grant strength and healing to your father. Also praying for all necessary graces for him and your family.
