Thanks be to God! She said it could not have gone any better! And last night, she was experiencing no side effects! She has 4 more sessions to go, and then they’ll decide on the exact infusion treatment that she’ll need to tackle the cancer that is elsewhere in her body. Please also pray that her doctors are guided to the right treatment for Carol!

I greatly appreciate everyone’s prayers!

Thank you for your prayers!

She’s being give a “break” period of two weeks before they begin the next phase of treatment. Just a little respite to let her recuperate from the radiation. Since she did so well with the radiation, the doctors are optimistic.

She’s feeling really upbeat and positive - which is a good thing! She’s going back to the doctor on Wednesday, and that’s when she’ll find out what the next treatment steps will be.

Please pray that the doctors have the wisdom to put Carol on the best course of treatment and that it will WORK!

So right before Thanksgiving, Carol’s insurance approved a combination treatment that will require a series of infusions over the span of several weeks. She had her first one on the 25th. The good thing about this treatment is that it will treat ALL the tumors and not just focus on one area. This treatment was just approved by the FDA last month.

Please pray for success of the this treatment and for minimal side effects!
