Please pray for my husband not to leave me

I am so sad. I actually feel like I’ve been kicked in the stomach. I ask for you to pray that he puts God first in his life, then me. And that we BOTH put God in charge of our marriage and grow to love him more each day. For us to help each other. I know it’s the only way it will work. Thank you everyone. In Christ’s Love.
 
Praying for you! I’m having a tough time in my marriage as well so I definitely feel your pain.
 
Dear Lord,

I offer you this prayer, to help me with my current relationship situation. Please take away all the pain and hurt in my heart. Fill it with love, joy, patience, and understanding. Bless me and my husband, so that we may never surrender to whatever challenges that come our way. Fill our hearts with love for each other, and may you make each one of us realize each other’s worth. Please touch the heart of my husband, fill it with much love for me. Make our complicated relationship become uncomplicated. I seek for your mercy and blessing that you may allow us to spend the rest of our lives with each other. Please make this feeling mutual for both of us. Lead us not into temptations. Guide us wherever we go. Always put us in each other’s heart and mind. Thank you Lord for hearing my prayer. I love you. Amen.

I pray that you both put God first in your lives then each other, and that the HS will intervene to help with the problem at hand. I’m sorry to hear you are having a hard time
and hope things improve rapidly.

It may be that you’ve been doing this, but had you tried counseling or Retrovaille, yet?
Even if he doesn’t go, individual counseling can also be helpful.

Lord, please grant LJR and her husband many powerful graces that will move them into many virtues, especially faith, hope, love, courage, joy, patience, and humility. See that their marriage resemble the marriage of Adam and Eve prior to the Fall. Spare for them a beam of divine light from heaven, as a foretaste of the heavenly garden, that they might be able to traverse the murky paths of this fallen world and find their way together toward your Sacred Heart. Have mercy, Lord. Our Lady, angels, and saints, pray with us. Amen.

Thank you all so much. I’ve read through each response and my heart is moved by the love you have in your hearts. My eyes are slits right now. I just can’t stop crying. I also pray for bernadettefaith in her marriage, that it can be restored. I love you all. Thank you.
