My husband was not pleased that money was given to CRS for the people of Haiti. Please do not think of him as a bad man. He is really good, just grew up in a very negative environment. We are not well off, in his eyes, so he does not feel we should give to others. Please pray that I, or someone else, can reach him and his heart. I am so sad that he would be upset at giving to the needy. I am embarassed, but trust me when I say that he is a good man, I just pray I can reach him and help him understand. I hope that I do not offend anyone by asking for a prayer like this. I just do not know what else to do.
God Bless.

Hail Mary,
Full of Grace,
The Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women,
and blessed is the fruit
of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary,
Mother of God,
pray for us sinners now,
and at the hour of our death.
Amen

For your husband.

Our Father…
Hail Mary…
Glory be…

Amen.

Praying that the Lord increases your husband’s compassion and generousity for those who are less fortunate …

God bless you abundantly for your goodness and kindness:)
Loving God, perhaps as partners and struggling financially it might be best for me to consult my spouse first before giving money. Perhaps, Lord, I might humbly and sweetly say to my spouse, “I’m sorry darling that I didn’t consult you. I will before I do this again”, knowing charity begins at home, a cliché (not meaning financial, but the charity of my spouse’s feelings …Loving God, please advise me on how to lovingly deal with all the issues of family life. Please help my husband to forgive me for what I only did out of love for my hurting brothers and sisters.

Loving God please comfort them both in the distress they both feel, for different reason, but nevertheless both hurt. Please help them to reconcile their positions and to agree on a sum that both can find acceptable, unless it is unwise to approach the whole matter just yet.
Help this hard-working man to be able to agree on an amount, if possible, when such needs arise. Please deepen their spiritual lives together, and bless them in all aspects of their lives.

Thank You, loving God

Beautiful…God is so good to give people like you to help people like me. I have so much to learn and am eager to do so. I pray to have half the knowledge of those who have responded to my prayer request. God is good!! it’s amazing…and I am in awe of His wonderous love. God Bless you & thanks

Loving God,

We lift up our intentions for FamRam and her husband this day and offer the following prayer of support:

A STEWARDSHIP PRAYER

Almighty and ever-faithful Lord,
gratefully acknowledging Your mercy
and humbly admitting our need,
we pledge our trust in You and each other.

Filled with desire,
we respond to Your call for discipleship
by shaping our lives in imitation of Christ.
We profess that the call requires us
to be stewards of Your gifts.
As stewards, we receive Your gifts gratefully,
cherish and tend them in a responsible manner,
share them in practice and love with others,
and return them with increase to the Lord.

We pledge to our ongoing formation as stewards
and our responsibility to call others to that same endeavor.
Almighty and ever-faithful God,
it is our fervent hope and prayer
that You who have begun this good work in us
will bring it to fulfillment in Jesus Christ, our Lord.

Amen.
