Please pray for my intentions

Hello all- Please keep me in your prayers this week. I am going through a tough time at work. I am grateful for my job and the means to provide for my family, but my boss is unbearable and dehumanizes me. I have had several urges to just quit but need the money to pay the bills for my family. Please pray for my peace, and in my search to find another job. Please also pray for all workers with work difficulties. I am trying so, so hard to see Jesus in my boss, but oftentimes I just cannot do it.

Please also pray for two pregnant women with health emergencies, Hannon and Cristin. Both are in danger of losing their lives. They are heroes for deciding to just the lives of their babies over theirs. Please also pray for all pregnant mothers worldwide. Thank you.
 
Gracious and merciful Father, please come to their assistance.

Our Father, who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name.

As a follow up to my prayer request, I have discerned that I need to confront my boss in a calm way and tell her how I feel. Please pray that the Holy Spirit works through me so that the words come out right and that it touches my boss’ heart. I want my boss to be at peace as well and I don’t want her to be so nasty. May God work through us both. May God’s will be done.

and pray for those who persecute us.

Prayer to St. Joseph for the Unemployed

O Saint Joseph, we pray to you for those who are out of work, for those who want to earn their living or support their families.

You who are the patron of workers; grant that unemployment may vanish from our ranks; that all those who are ready to work may put their strength and abilities in serving their fellowmen and earn a just salary.

You are the patron of families; do not let those who have children to support and raise lack the necessary means. Have pity on our brothers and sisters held down in unemployment and poverty because of sickness or social disorders. Help our political leaders and captains of industry find new and just solutions. May each and every one have the joy of contributing, according to his abilities, to the common prosperity by an honorable livelihood. Grant that we may all share together in the abundant goods God has given us and that we may help underprivileged countries. Amen.
