Therapy was wonderful! She had questions for me, but the session was more of a get to know you type thing. She seems very sincere with wanting to help me. She let me know what to expect from the psychiatrist. She wants to have sessions with my husband, and close relatives so they will be able to help me. She wants to have a game plan and follow through with it. I walked out of the appointment happy and with my head held high. I’m looking forward to the next few months and hopeful recovery!

Thank you for the continued prayers. Yesterday wasn’t a very good day for me. I had a few panic attacks and I didn’t get out of bed all day. Today was better. And hopefully tomorrow will be better than today. 🙂
