Please Pray for My Mother

My mom is 75 and has been having some balance problems (fallen three times recently) and other symptoms. The doctor has ordered an MRI of her head and some other tests. My family and I are very worried. She has had cancer twice previously and many other health problems over the years and this just seems so unfair.

She is having a hard time anyway as she is trying to take care of my dad after his knee replacement surgery with another one looming and it’s just taking it’s toll on both of them. She saw the doctor today and he wants her tests to happen this week so your prayers for them and all of us would mean a lot.

Lord, help this elderly couple. May their health improve to make their days a little easier on them. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit to make their burdens lighter and instill in them the fire of Your love to make them burn with love for You. Protect them from all harm and lead them down the paths of truth and righeousness all the days of their life. Amen.
 
Our dear God, we ask Your gentle compassion and strength for Amie’s mother, and for her daughter and family. Please help them all through this new fear. Amie’s Dad also needs peace to be able to heal quickly from these knee replacements he has faced and will face. Please wrap Amie’s parents around with Your love.
