Sexuality is complicated stuff. Sometimes, there are physical factors…everything from blood pressure, stress, tiredness, on up. There are emotional issues.
However, there are means available. When I was married, I once had some difficulties, tried “sensate focus”, and it helped to some degree.
I used to think sexuality wasn´t an important aspect of marriage, but I’ve since learned, it’s VERY important. If it can´t be resolved on its own, perhaps an MD or counselor can also help…a Catholic counselor is available at Catholic Social Services.
It’s common to have sexual problems, and you´re definitely not alone, there.
