Please pray for my son David

Dear Lord, please help this son. Take away his anxiety and fears and replace them with your peace of mind. Calm his soul and assist him to receive the help he needs in a trusting way. Wrap him in your protection and loving arms. Help him to move forward with his life and the plan you have for him.

Lord, please help his mother too and give her the peace of mind she needs as she is going through this difficult situation. Please wipe away her tears and equip her with all she needs to help her son and herself. Please surround them with your angels to help, heal, guide, protect and minister to them.

Bixx, thank you for your beautiful prayer. Please continue to pray for us. We saw his doctor today, he changed David’s anxiety med to a stronger one and also put him on an anti-depressant. I can’t thank God enough for this doctor and for all of those who are praying for my son.

Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to your protection, implored your help, or sought your intercession, was left unaided.

Hi Bixx. Thank you for your continued prayers for my son. Unfortunately David isn’t doing any better. Our primary Doctor changed his medication from Lexapro to Zoloft 2 weeks ago. No sign of change yet. I am still trusting God but at times I feel as if I’m hanging on by my fingernails.

O Holy Virgin, in the midst of all your glory, we ask you not to forget the sorrows of this world.

Cast a look of pity upon all who struggle against life’s difficulties, and who cease not to feel all its bitterness. Have pity on all who have been separated from those they love. Have pity on the lonely and friendless. Pardon the weakness of our faith. Have pity on those whom we love.

O Holy Mother, show a mother’s compassion toward the sorrowful and those who tremble under life’s afflictions. Give them hope and peace.

onserving, July ‘20, Pray for son David; anxiety

“observing said:
My 37 year old son David has been diagnosed with severe anxiety disorder. Not too long after the covid virus hit here in NYS (March) he thought he had symptoms, had a covid test which was negative. Since then he has become progressively worse. He lost his job, his apt and his car. He has been to 7 hospital emergency rooms over and over, using his sister’s car, Dave has also had 9 covid tests…all negative. Our primary care doctor issued an authorization for the police to take him to C-Pep (mental wing of the hospital), even then he signed himself out. His plea “Mom, you’re all I have, please don’t leave me” is breaking my heart. When given anxiety meds he doesn’t take them because he is convinced he has either a heart or stomach condition. This is a nightmare that I’m afraid I won’t wake up from. I pray the Divine Mercy chaplet once or twice a day and the Rosary. I have said every novena I can think of. I don’t know how to trust God anymore, lately they’ve just been words. I post this with the hope I can get some advice for both of us. Everyday is worse than the day before.
