Dear Friends,

As I mentioned in my previous thread, Leon was born quick and fine. Unfortunately this morning doctor said, that he - Leon might have developed very heavy infection - streptococcus. I already feel uncomfortable to ask you for more prayers. You have been very good for our family. Pray for Leon, please.

May Our Lord Jesus Christ, the Divine Physician, speedily and completely heal your son Leon. May the Blessed Mother watch over Leon with her amazing maternal care.

Lord, look upon Leon with eyes of mercy. May your healing hand rest upon him, may your life-giving powers flow into every cell of his body and into the depths of his soul, cleansing, purifying, restoring him to wholeness and strength for service in your Kingdom. Amen.

So powerful are you in obtaining every need of body and soul our Holy Mother Church proclaims you a “Prodigy of Miracles…the Greatest Saint of Modern Times.” Now I fervently beseech you to answer my petition for Baby Leon and to carry out your promises of spending Heaven doing good upon the earth…of letting fall from Heaven a Shower of Roses.
Henceforth, dear Little Flower, I will fulfill your plea “to be made known everywhere” and I will never cease to lead others to Jesus through you.

O St. Gerard, who, like the Savior, loved children so tenderly and by your prayers freed many from disease, listen to us who are pleading for our sick child Leon.
