O great St. Peregrine, you have been called “The Mighty”, the “The Wonder Worker” because of the numerous miracles which you obtained from God for those who have turned to you in their need. For so many years you bore in your own flesh this cancerous disease that destroys the very fiber of our being. You turned to God when the power of human beings could do no more, and you were favored with the vision of Jesus coming down from His cross to heal your affliction. I now ask God to heal these sick persons whom I entrust to you:

update: The cancer markers in the blood have dropped yet again and the initial tumour and associated lymph nodes are shrinking. They did a biopsy on the lesions on his liver. The results have confused the oncologists. They were expecting cancer, but they don’t know what it is.
David’s fingernails are lifting and the skin is peeling off his hands from the chemo. He is finally starting to lose some hair but from his legs. He didn’t have much on his head to lose anyway. He started going bald at 16, so he keeps it very short, a number 1 cut.

For David’s healing and for his conversion:

Offering of the Holy Face:
Almighty and Eternal Father, since it has pleased Our Divine Savior to reveal to mankind in modem times the power residing in His Holy Face, we now avail ourselves of this Treasure in our great need. Since our Savior Himself promised that by offering to You His Holy Face disfigured in the Passion we can procure the settlement of all the affairs of our household, and that nothing whatsoever will be refused to us, we now come before Your throne.
Eternal Father, turn away Your angry gaze from our guilty people whose face has become unsightly in Your eyes. Look instead upon the Face of Your Beloved Son; for this is the Face of Him in whom You are well pleased. We now offer You His Holy Face covered with blood, sweat, dust, spittle and shame, in reparation for the worst crimes of our age, which are atheism, blasphemy, and the desecration of Your holy days.
