Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen.

God Bless
In Jesus through Mary

Hi there,

I’ve been back on low-carbing for a week now, and feeling much better. I hope to lose the weight I did prior to getting pregnant in 2004… 🙂 All the prayers I’ve gotten from people here in the thread have helped a great deal.

Thanks so much, from the bottom of my heart.

God bless you all!

Hey, Mom! 👋

Glad things are moving for you.

We’re presuming your health is OK – right? No thyroid problems or anything other than eating more than you burn that keeps you from your goal weight?

Hi, mercygate,

I do believe I will get my thyroid checked. Is it a blood test or something? Sweden’s health care system is like Canada’s (but better) so I was just wondering how one gets their thyroid checked so I know where to call to get it done.

I have NO idea (but I think it IS just a blood test. Your “gatekeeper” physician should be able to help you.

Wouldn’t it be great to know one way or the other? I mean, if you have a genuine physicial impediment to maintaining your weight, and it could be FIXED – WOW! What a relief!

And if you DON’T have a physiological problem, then you know that all you have to do is STICK to your plan and work it out!

God love ya! You will feel so much better!
