Please pray for my work

Dear friends, sorry to jump in with a prayer request so soon!
Please can you offer a prayer for me in my work. I have a demanding job which just seems to get harder as I get older. As I approach 50 (later this week) I am beginning to wonder if it might be best to look for another line of work, but that’s a big risk/change at my age!
The work itself (counselling) is rewarding, but the organisation I work for is a nightmare, and getting worse, particularly fraught with “political correctness” and diversity agendas. Plus I have suffered some ill health/surgery over the last few years, and have trouble walking to and from work, which makes things difficult.
Please pray for discernment, as I am the main wage earner in my family (Just my husband and me as my two daughters are grown up) and we depend on my wage to get by.

Loving God, FallenLeaf is faced with a continuing dilemma.
She is grateful for her employment in this difficult economy, but is finding adapting to the stringent guidelines is painful and perhaps makes it more difficult to help others.
Help her to either find new reliable employment,
or to find it easier to help her clients in following the restrictions.
Please help her to find peace in her work.
Please aid her in the ill-health she has been enduring during the last few years.
I ask You to watch over this couple and help them to flourish in the coming years.
 
Praying for your causes. I am still job searching, it is very tough out there.

Please grant that she is allowed to work with appropriate good sense by the organization she works in, and let her find peace at work.
