Prayer to St. Anthony for Those With Cancer

Dear St. Anthony, you recognized Our Lord Jesus as the Divine Healer. In your goodness and kindness, please intercede for Nigel, who is suffering from colon cancer. If it is God’s will, may the gift of healing be granted to him. Comfort him during times of unbearable pain, and ask Our Lord to grant him peace and patience in suffering. May God give Nigel the fullness of life here on earth, or call him home to eternal glory forever. Through Christ Our Lord, Amen. ✝️
 
Praying for Nigel for strength to battle colon cancer and that during his battle he finds adequate pain relief and receives the support of family and friends.
 
Loving God, it’s personally world shaking when anyone discovers that they, or their loved ones have cancer…

I ask Your merciful love, assurance, and strength for Nigel and those who love him.
Please bring relief to his pain and discomfort as he strives to recover from his illness, and to regain health.
Mother Mary please intercede for Nigel for spiritual blessings,
for relief of pain and distress
and for caring support during his illness

O great St. Peregrine, you have been called “The Mighty” and “The Wonder-Worker”
because of the numerous miracles which you have obtained from God for those
who have had recourse to you.

For many years you bore in your own flesh this cancerous disease that destroys
the very fiber of our being, and who had recourse to the source of all grace
when the power of man could do no more. You were favored with the vision
of Jesus coming down from His Cross to heal your affliction.

Ask of God and Our Lady, the cure of Nigel, whom we entrust to you.

Aided in this way by St. Peregrine’s powerful intercession, we shall sing to God,
now and for all eternity, a song of gratitude for His great goodness and mercy.
