Please pray for patience

I feel like I am struggling with patience today. I have to keep my emotions in check and I feel like I want to through them completely out the window. Not that I would. I am very composed and quiet… but I am just tired of seeing and hearing how other people act, especially at work.

Please help me get through this day.
 
O Blood and Water, which gushed forth from the Heart of Jesus as a fountain of Mercy for us, I trust in You!

Philippians 4:6-7 : Have no anxiety about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which passes all understanding, will keep your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
