Please pray for public black Mass & desecration of BVM to not occur in Oklahoma

Hello all,

Today, 15 August 2016, there is an attempt of having a public black Mass and mocking of Our Lady’s feast day in Oklahoma. They are calling it the “consumption of Mary.” How terrible.

Please pray and fast that this madness does not occur.

Talk about free publicity. It is better just to ignore this whole thing. As there are already about four or five threads about this. They have absolutely every right to legally and peacefully gather and celebrate anything they wish. The best course is just to ignore them completely.

Exactly. There isn’t a public relations firm in the country that could have done a better job of promoting this event than allegedly well-meaning Catholics have. I don’t even live in Oklahoma, and this was announced at mass yesterday. Completely ridiculous.

We should be praying all the time for those involved in sacrilege, not validating what they’re doing.
 
The unintended consequences of Satan and his works is the promotion of truth.

Haters only hate what they know, ‘is’.

They don’t desecrate what isn’t, they desecrate what, ‘is’.

Nobody knows Jesus ‘is’ and Mary ‘is’ more than Satan himself.

I don’t think Catholics requesting and gathering in prayer is much of an advertisement for what ‘isn’t’, being any truth to a black mass.

Those participants need prayers, so folks mention it.

That is not uncommon or crazy.

I pray for their souls,that they won,t do it in Oklahoma,and that people will not let them. AMEN

What we have to remind ourselves of is that Satanists are believers. They have fallen to the lies of the enemy, and have chosen to blaspheme God and idolize Satan. Satan is a believer in Christ and knows the power of God and the Eucharist, otherwise he would not try to mock Him in such a manner and try to tempt God’s children away from Him. We must pray that their hearts will soften and their belief turn to righteous belief and worship of God, that they will repent of the idolatry and blasphemy and reject Satan and his evil ways and lies.

From what I heard the Satanic Mass happened, but, thankfully, the “attendance” was not what was expected. Not as many people showed up.
 
This is the problem with religious freedom taken to an extreme. We have to make anti-blasphemy laws, or we should amend the U.S. Constitution to make these kinds of offensive things (which are really hate speech) illegal.

We as Catholics have too make sure that we know about it before they are able to have it and be there ,to stop it from happping.
 
There is so much evil in the world. We need to be very faithful praying the Rosary.

Yes, there is. More than ever and it increases by the day.

The Rosary is the most powerful weapon we have. Pray as many as you can each and every day.
