Lord, please help Scott to persevere in faith, and help him not to let anything separate himself from you. May he be abandoned to your merciful love fully confident in your merciful love. Help him to be courageous and strong spiritually should he ever be tempted to despair. Heal him in accordance with your will, and help him to grow deeper in faith at this time of trial. Thank you, Lord, for hearing my prayer. Amen.
