Heavenly Father, watch with us over your child Sally and grant that she may be restored to that perfect health which it is yours alone to give. Relieve her pain, guard her from all danger, restore to her your gifts of gladness and strength, and raise her up to a life of service to you.
Through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

O God who are the only source of health and healing,
the Spirit of calm
and the central peace of this universe,
grant to Sally such a consciousness of Your indwelling
and surrounding presence
that she may permit You
to give her health and strength and peace,
through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Amen.

O great St. Peregrine, you have been
called “The Mighty,” “The Wonder-Worker,”
because of the numerous miracles which
you have obtained from God for those who
have had recourse to you. For so many
years you bore in your own flesh this
cancerous disease that destroys the very
fibre of our being, and who had recourse
to the source of all grace when the power
of man could do no more. You were
favored with the vision of Jesus coming
down from His Cross to heal your affliction.
Ask of God and Our Lady, the cure of the
sick whom we entrust to you, Sally.
Aided in this way by your powerful
intercession, we shall sing to God, now and
for all eternity, a song of gratitude for His
great goodness and mercy.
Amen

Gracious and merciful Father, please come to her assistance.
Our Father, who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name.
Thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on Earth as it is in Heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread,
and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
Amen.
Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.
Blessed are thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.
Amen.
Glory Be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit.
As it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end.
Amen.
Lord, have mercy on us.

Saint Michael, the archangel, defend us in battle, be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil, may God rebuke him, we humbly pray. And do you, O’ Prince of the Heavenly host, by the power of God thrust into Hell Satan and all the other evil spirits who prowl about the world for the ruin of souls.
Amen.

Prayer for a Miracle
God of all creation, you who spoke a simple command and brought forth light from
the darkness, I ask you now to send forth your miracle-working power to heal Sally. You cleansed the lepers, opened the eyes of the blind and by
speaking a simple command, you empowered the crippled to rise up and walk.
You sent forth your life-giving power to all those in need, including those you raised from
the dead. I ask you to send forth your healing power into Sally’s body and give him the strength to fight his illness. I ask this through my Lord, Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen
