We’re about to take DSS/CPS back to court to fight for natural rights and justice. As the juvenile/family court system is so corrupt I’ll be representing our family Sui Juris without an attorney. I can do it but the whole ordeal is a nightmare, just having to face our tormentors again and again in court.
Please pray to the Lord and the saints for a swift victory and justice for innocent parents and children terrorized by DSS/CPS in the U.S., or please mention us in a Rosary petition.

Holy Mother, please intercede for us.
Hold the sorrowful, strengthen the fearful,
give aid to all needing help or healing,
assist those who are sick, in pain or suffering,
be with those needing peace, console the lonely,
comfort the lost or hopeless, guard the unborn,
pray for those who are dying or who have died,
soften those with hardened hearts,
enlighten those who do not yet see truth,
help us be brave enough to let our anger and hurt go,
show us the way to do the right thing,
protect those in danger, guide us from every evil;
may all who keep your sacred commemoration
experience the might of your assistance.
Amen.

Hate to burst any bubbles but child abuse is a real problem experienced by many. It is true that some accused are innocent of it, many others are guilty.

I was harshly abused by me step father, a schizophrenic who absolutely hated me. He did not spank me, he beat me bloody black and blue. One time he even broke my left leg with his bare hands. I was not taken to the Dr. he called my biological dad and had him pay to set my leg. Why? my real dad did not break my leg. Of course he (sd) made me limp around 2 weeks before he got around to making my BD pay for SDs sin.

He got away with it because at the time there was no CPS, children were thought of as their parents and step parents property.

There is an old saying in law: “Hard cases make for bad law”.

As with any organization, it is possible that there are bad apples, and good people who make mistakes and bad decisions.

Case workers with a state CSD are generally underpaid and overworked, and they are one of the few defenses children have to abusive parents, siblings and family members. I am not so naive as to think that there are no mistakes within the justice system; but while we might be praying for the OP and their case (and not much was said of what the case entailed), we might also pray for the case workers who have to deal with neglect, and physical and emotional abuse to children. We might also pray for those children who are abused.

Having been around the justice system involving CSD, I am always leery of those who appear to be making CSD nationwide into some sort of terrorizing group. I would suggest the OP put their case on the table, rather than make such unsubstantiated allegations.

You need to hire an attorney. Self-representation is a nearly sure fire path to defeat in a court of law. You are clearly too emotionally involved in the case to be able to work effectively. You need professional help here.
There is an old saying that an attorney who represents himself has a fool for a client.

Unfortunately CPS/DSS has also been used to abuse parents who are simply trying to make good decisions for their children. Public schools have used them to pull kids out of homeschool circumstances where kids were being properly educated. Hospitals have used CPS to force kids to have treatments their parents didn’t want them to have.

Some serious reform is needed.

Ma’am, with all due respect, a person who represents herself has a fool for a client. For your family’s sake, get a reputable attorney to represent you and yours. Else CPS will eat you alive. I’d ring the local law schools if you can’t afford an attorney - a lot of law schools have a pro-bono decision that might be able to help. Prayer is necessary, but use the God-given talents of an attorney as well.
