Please pray for the sale of our home

I have never posted in this particular forum before, but I am in need of some prayers.

We have had our home on the market now for about 7 weeks. We have had a few lookers, but no offers. I know in the grand scheme of things this hasn’t been all that long, but I am feeling very anxious and nervous about the whole thing.

If you would please pray for two things: 1. That our home will sell before the fall and for a fair price, and 2. that I can remain calm and leave this in God’s hands. (I keep trying to take it back!)
 
I can empathize - it is an unsettling situation to be in.

I will pray that you get a quick sale at a fair price.
 
For your prayer request:

Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name.
Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us, and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.

You’re not alone - I am in exactly the same situation. I’ll add prayers for the sale of your home to my prayers for sale of our home. And I’ll pray that we both trust in God’s timing and that He calms our anxieties.
 
I asked St Joseph for his intercession.

mercygate-I have a statue, but it’s far to lovely to bury! He is sitting in the middle of our dining room table.
 
I just got a call from the Realtor, and there is someone who wants to look at our house in a few minutes. I’m at work, so I can’t go do the last minute picking up. Hopefully they will understand that we live there and that things just aren’t going to be perfect.
