Please Pray for Tim Russert who passed away today

Please keep Tim Russert and his family in your prayers. He suddenly passed away early this afternoon while at work. Turns out he was a devout Catholic, may God have mercy on his soul.

Soul of Christ Sanctify me
Body of Christ Save me
Blood of Christ Inebriate me
Water from the Side of Christ Wash me
Passion of Christ Strengthen me
Oh Good Jesus Hear me
Within Your Wounds Hide me
Permit me Never to be Separated from you
From the Malignant enemy Defend me
At the hour of my death Call me and bid me
to come to You, that with the Saints I am able

Very sad, and so young. He wrote that book about his father, I have not read it, but have heard interviews about the content.
Wow, what admiration and honor he had for his dad. I feel so sad that his dad outlived his son…heartbreaking. 😦

Lord please in your mercy, grant your son Tim eternal life in Your Holy Presence and that of all Your Angels and Saints. And through this, Lord, let his family draw closer to and find peace in You. You who are Love. Oh Lord comfort all those suffering through this loss.

Jesus, please go to Tim at his moment of death and let his heart welcome You wholy. Heavenly Father, welcome Tim into heaven.

Keeing Tim in my prayers. Dearest God, please open the gates of Heaven to this wonderful Child of Yours…May he rest in the peacefulness of Your Presence and be blessed with the gift of eternal life forever.
 
Praying for the repose of his soul. I understand Tim was a devout Catholic who attended daily mass frequently. Condolences to his family.
