Dear Lord please hear our humble prayers for our dear friend Trishie.She is suffering Lord and we ask You would grant her intentions known to You for herself and her family.Our dear friend has done so much for so many people here at CAF by her wonderful example of faith and witness to You.Now she is suffering more than we can know and it breaks our hearts Lord.We love Trishie and want her not to suffer any longer.She has had a very tough time lately with her own serious health problems, worry for her son,her dear father passing away and her Uncle terminally ill.There are many other issues also Lord which You alone know.Please merciful Father help Trishie and her beloved family in her time of need.Lord in Your mercy hear and answer our prayers Amen

O LADY OF GOOD REMEDY, source of unfailing help, grant that we may draw from thy treasury of graces in our time of need.
Touch the hearts of sinners, that they may seek reconciliation and forgiveness. Bring comfort to the afflicted and the lonely; help the poor and the hopeless; aid the sick and the suffering. May they be healed in body and strengthened in spirit to endure their sufferings with patient resignation and Christian fortitude.

DEAR LADY OF GOOD REMEDY, source of unfailing help, thy compassionate heart knows a remedy for every affliction and misery we encounter in life. Help me with thy prayers and intercession to find a remedy for my problems and needs, especially for…

(The needs of my friend Trishie and her family!).

On my part, O loving Mother, I pledge myself to a more intensely Christian lifestyle, to a more careful observance of the laws of God, to be more conscientious in fulfilling the obligations of my state in life, and to strive to be a source of healing in this broken world of ours.

Dear Lady of Good Remedy, be ever present to me, and through thy intercession, may I enjoy health of body and peace of mind, and grow stronger in the faith and in the love of thy Son, Jesus.

Another step along the way yesterday. Still a way to go and lots of uncertainty.
I can’t tell much yet, as it isn’t just my story and need, and I don’t like to break confidences until all is right. It’s not my place to. Next year perhaps…but your prayers give me, give us hope, and assure us that we aren’t alone.

I have a friend who received the ‘back-up miracle’ for our recently canonized St Mary of the Cross MacKillop, I was one of the many conscripted to pray for that miracle…and it did come…so you folk give me hope that all will go well in the end. “Conscripted”, because if Sharon asked anyone to pray for Jack nobody could have said ‘no’ to that determined mother! theage.com.au/national/miracle-in-our-midst-says-vatican-20101005-1664k.html

Lord thanks for the help yesterday; and thank You for all these wonderful persons who pray for my family and me, even though they don’t actually know us or me and don’t know our troubles. Please reward them each a-hundredfold, them and their loved ones.

Dear Lord, please be with Trishie during this very difficult time in her and her family lives. She is loved very much here at the Forum and has prayed for many of us here, she is a treasure. May You give her comfort, peace and most of all Your Love.
 
I missed the Mass I go to normally today, where I feel most comfortable thinking about your intentions. I felt as if I had let you down, and was not doing all I could now.
Hours after that, I met a person named Trishie at work. She was only there for the day.
I left noticing she was parked right next to me. Her bumper sticker was the “I believe” with the chalice and Eucharist.

I know it was not you, but I wish I could have told her to pray for you also. I just did not have the guts. I’m a terribly dissapointing friend Trishie. But, I think about your kindness and heart everyday. I think about your worries and struggles and I wish I could help.

It is a frustrating feeling, to not be able to help.

I will make Mass tommorow, at a different parish that has a noon Mass. You will be in my thoughts through the entire Mass.
