Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to your protection, implored your help, or sought your intercession, was left unaided.
Inspired by this confidence, I fly unto you, O Virgin of virgins, my Mother. To you do I come, before you I stand, sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in your mercy, hear and answer me. Amen

Praying for our friend Trishie! May the Lord be with her and continue to give her courage, wisdom and strength to face all that she may be facing. Let her know that she is loved by many here on the forum.
 
You are so kind. Thank you. I am as concerned about my beautiful S as much as I am about my son now. The serious troubles are now beginning to slip her into depression. The loss of her boyfriend of two years has added to the other three major issues that my three dear ones are suffering. The boy is being stoic. My Dad wrote of S with joy that “she sparkles like freshly poured champagne” But she doesn’t any more. She maintained that resilience and sparkle through many things. This family had already been through so much. I humbly ask You Lord to rescue them from this new long ordeal, long unless You powerfully intervene.

defend us in the day of battle ;
Be our protection against the wickedness and snares of the devil .
May God rebuke him , we humbly pray ;
and do Thou O Prince of the Heavenly Hosts ,
by the Divine Power of God ,
cast into hell, satan and all other evil spirits ,
who wander through the world seeking the ruin of souls .

Dearest Trishie, I have been away for a time from the forum and did not know of your struggles. Dear Lord, please be with this humble woman and servant and with her family in their time of need. Grant them peace and comfort when needed, strength and courage when they feel weak. Hold them close to You that healing may flow through them by Your Grace. We ask this of you, Lord, In the name of the Father, the Son and Holy Spirit. Amen

Trishie, I too have been away from the forum for some time and didn’t know of your struggles as Catholic Spirit said above. I too will pray for you and all that you are going through and ask the Lord to give you and your love ones courage and strength to get through all your trials and tribulations. Just remember the way to Heaven is through the Cross, but nevertheless, as one who suffers and knows, it is not always the easy road or way. We have to keep our eyes fixed on Jesus. May Our Blessed Mother pray for your situation and asked her Son to give you all your need. St. Joseph, pray for her. St. Anne, mother of Mary, pray for her. Amen.
