My husband and I just applied for a loan to refinance our home to lower our payments. Without going into great detail everything was going well until it came to the expense to income ratio. Please pray that the underwriting group will approve the loan.

Father God please send your son Jesus Christ and Your Most Holy Spirit as intercessors regarding the approval of this loan. May your will be done and not ours. Amen:gopray:

Praying for your success. My wife and I just went through this. We have been with our bank for 14 years and never missed a payment. They made us jump through so many hoops that it ticked me off big time. This is the result of the subprime meltdown which resulted from the government forcing the banks to make loans to people who should have never gotten them because of their low income, etc. The government never expected the housing bubble to burst but when it did the roof caved in and caused all this mess of houses being worth less than their mortgage debt.
