Please Pray for Vincent Lambert - controversial case

Please pray for Vincent Lambert, a French man. He was in a motor cycle accident over 10 years ago. He can breath on his own, swallow, smile and follow people’s movements around a room with his eyes. His wife claims he is in a vegetative state, his parents say he is conscious. She wants the hospital to stop feeding him food and water. He cried twice when informed of these decisions. His parents brought the case to the High Court in France but they lost yesterday. They still have another chance however as battle not over but his food and water have been withdrawn from him as of yesterday 😟

Please, please keep him in your prayers and intentions. There is a heat wave in France and it is extremely cruel to withdraw his fluids. Nobody has the right to kill him. Please ask Jesus and Virgin Mary to intercede. Please pray for him 😩

Prayer to St. Rita of Casia

Holy St. Rita, patron saint of the impossible, we
plead for the life of Vincent, who is facing death
at the hands of the courts and his wife and siblings.
St. Rita, ask Jesus, our Great Physician, to heal
Vincent. If it His will, Holy Rita, ask the Holy Spirit
to inspire his wife and siblings to repent and allow
Vincent to have a natural death. Holy St. Rita, pray
us. In Jesus name, amen.
