Please pray for young man with Heart problems

Please pray for a young man with heart problems. His name is Juan Gonzalez and I just watched his story on TV. He’s only 18 and an immigrant with doctors giving him a grim diagnosis.
May he receive the transplant, miraculous healing, financial help/donations, peace, or whatever needs.

He has such great faith and love for God and he seems to have peace.
 
Our Father, Who art in Heaven, hallowed be Thy Name.
Thy Kingdom come.
Thy Will be done, on earth, as it is in Heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread,
And forgive us our trespasses,
As we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women,
and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now,
and at the hour of our death.
Amen.

Lord, please help Juan. May he find himself with a new heart and enough finances to take care of his family during his unemployment (and throughout his life). May his family be blessed with the graces they need to keep faithful and truly loving of each other and of You. Amen.
