Please Pray, I need Divine Help

Hi All
I’ve been here before and I know that when two or more people pray over the same intentions that God hears and answers them. I have a long list, and some are private.
Code: 
 For my family. My grandmother, 95, fell in her apartment and was there for a few hours before we found her and now she is in skilled nursing. I pray she gets better, lives a long, healthy and happy life and is safe everywhere that she goes and that she can move back into her apartment.
For my Aunt, who came down with a cold and lost the hearing in her one ear, it only happens to 1% of people.
 For my mom and her health and for my dad and his health, esp. that he may have a speedy recovery from his knee replacement and cellulitis. That my dad may stop being so co-dependent and stop giving me a hard time.
That I may keeps Drs. D and F (only using initials for privacy) and that they can keep me on Avinza w/out prior authorization.
For friendship, esp. that S.G. and I can be friends outside of where I know him from, and for several other intentions regarding him.
To do well in my PhD and that my family may understand my goals, priorities, and circumstance and stop harassing me about a career.
 To continue to integrate with my family, esp. the F's and the K's.
 For our dog Sweetie. For all my family and friends
 For everyone on this board.
 That I may get my own house, esp. a house near my cousins/aunt.
For the rest of my intentions.

Most holy Apostle, St. Jude, faithful servant and friend of Jesus, the Church honors and invokes you universally, as the patron of difficult cases, of things almost despaired of, Pray for me, I am so helpless and alone.
Intercede with God for me that He bring visible and speedy help where help is almost despaired of. Come to my assistance in this great need that I may receive the consolation and help of heaven in all my necessities, tribulations, and sufferings, particularly -
