Please pray that God listens to my prayers for once

He doesn’t hear me! I’m in a situational depression and He doesn’t care! I have nobody to talk to so I’m all alone!

I struggle with extreme doubts, my mind gives off SSA vibes in my impure thoughts(I DONT WANT IMPURE THOUGHTS, THEY COME WITHOUT APPROVAL) sometimes and the rest is plain impure thoughts, and I can’t devote myself to Christ because I’m scared it won’t help. I also am lazy, gluttonous, and Jesus won’t hear my prayers. Maybe Calvinism is right and I’m predestined to hell.
 
1: He always hears you. Sometimes it’s not what you want, and sometimes you’re too distracted to hear His answer. But He hears you.

2: Dude, I’ve already sent you a pm; not responding to people doesn’t equal “nobody to talk to”. I understand virtual chatting isn’t the same - I am in a similar situation. But it’s an avenue that’s open to you. Be not afraid.

3: That is very, very hard, and I will most definitely pray for you. I like to say Glory Be’s when bad thoughts enter my head. It helps me concentrate on His glory, rather than the bad stuff.

4: I’m lazy and gluttonous too, and I don’t always “hear back” from Jesus when I pray. But you are not predestined to go anywhere. God’s grace prevents that. 🙂 Hang in there; you’ll win this battle yet.

St. Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle. Be our protection against the wickedness and snares of the devil. May God rebuke Him, we humbly pray, and do thou O prince of the Heavenly Hosts, by Divine Power, thrust into hell Satan and all the evil spirits who roam throughout the world, seeking the ruin of souls. After months of remission, I’ve had a relapse in my hellish depression. I also suffer horrible chronic back pain – owing to seven herniated discs. I don’t know why I have been chosen to have so much pain. But I give it up to Our Lord. Don’t give up. God bless you.

I used to be a private devotional Satanist and God heard my spirit’s involuntary prayers pleading for His help. He hears you as well. The answer to our prayers is sometimes “no” or “not yet.” God knows much better than we do.

Please keep in mind that impure thoughts just popping up in one’s mind is not sinful, but normal. Just don’t dwell on them for pleasure’s sake and there is no issue there.

I will pray for you and send you a friend request. I always make sure to pray for my friends here every day.
