Hi everyone. Thank you for your prayers. Anyway, I have been struggling a lot lately with doubts and such. I would greatly appreciate prayers.

Also, my cat, Precious, just died tonight and I am pretty distraught over her death. The only good thing I can say about it is that I am glad she isn’t suffering anymore. She suffered from some sort of gastrointestinal illness for a year which the veterinarian thought could be food allergies but unfortunately the prescription food he prescribed her didn’t do much good. Anyway, she came down very sick yesterday evening and she continued to get worse. I knew she wouldn’t make it through the night. I would have taken her to an emergency veterinarian or my own veterinarian but they require payment at the time of service and they do not allow you to make payments on your bill. Well, I just flat out did not have the money to take her although I would have done so had I been able to do so. The only way I was able to afford her veterinary visit in September when she was diagnosed with food allergies was due to the graciousness of donors on Gofundme who donated $400 to pay for her vet bill which came very close to being $400.

Anyway, I know that Precious basically no longer exists. I know that according to Catholic teaching an animal’s soul ceases to exist when they die and the only thing left behind is their corpse which of course will decay like all other corpses do. This kind of saddens me that I may very well not see her in Heaven but I do know that God will wipe away every tear from our eyes when we get to Heaven just as He says He will do in the Bible. I may not understand her death now but perhaps God will explain it to me at some point in the future. If not, I am certain that not having her in Heaven will not bother me because possessing the beatific vision will be far more than enough for our happiness.

Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth; for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and the sea was no more. And I saw the holy city, the new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, ‘See, the home of God is among mortals. Hey everyone. Thanks for your prayers. I went to Confession today and prayed for a while in the church before Jesus in the Tabernacle. I am fully committed to practicing the Faith and I do believe that God will give me the grace I need to practice it faithfully.

Hey, everyone. Thank you for your prayers. I really appreciate them. Anyway, my day has not started out too well. I am not feeling too well and everything seems to be going wrong which has put me in a bad mood. Basically, it’s just a bunch of small things happening that is irritating me like dropping things and accidentally knocking things over. I would appreciate prayers that I could persevere and simply offer up my sufferings and annoyances rather than becoming discouraged by them. I am already a little discouraged though so please pray for me that I would stop being discouraged.
