Please pray that my father will find a new job!

Hello:

My father is losing his job w/ Chrysler in the next few weeks. We are unsure when his actual last day is going to be. My mother and father are both in their late 50’s which makes it even more difficult for them to find employment.

Pray for my father and for all of those who have lost their jobs. I know the power of the prayers that come from this forum.

My wife and I were able to overcome two of the greatest obstacles in our life with the help of the prayers that came from this forum.
 
Through the intercession of St. Joseph the worker, I pray for all seeking employment and that they will find the job that our good Lord would want them to have.
 
God, our Father, we turn to you, seeking your divine help and guidance for this man’s employment. He needs your wisdom to guide his footsteps along the right path and lead him to find the proper things to say and do in his quest for employment. Please allow him to use the gifts and talents you have given him in gainful employment, either in his present job, or a new one. Do not abandon him, but rather grant him suitable employment so that he may return to you with praise and thanksgiving for your gracious assistance. Grant this thorugh Jesus Christ, our Lord.
 
Praying for your father to find a new job and for the others that were or going to be affected by Chrysler closing operations …

Lord Jesus, please provide for this family and all who lose employment during these times, protect and comfort all in this situation, in your name I pray, amen
 
Dearest Lord, please help this long-hardworking man to find new employment if and when his job with Chrysler ends. Please help him and his wife through all their stress and uncertainty. Please give them security and peace.

Please help all who have lost their jobs due to the recession.

And I thank God for the blessings that He has given your wife and you…Thank You, Lord!
 
semesq–I’m so sorry to hear that, my prayers are with you and your family during this time.

I know that especially during uncertain times like this, it’s hard to know what will happen next, but with God, He is handling everything, and nothing is too great for Him. That has always been comforting to me, knowing that if we have but the faith of a mustard seed, He is there to help us. He even helps people who don’t have faith, which is how awesome God’s love is for us.

I will keep your parents in my rosary prayers this week. God bless.:signofcross:

St. Joseph and St. Cajetan, whose inspiration has been a light for multitudes of unemployed, bless our hearts wit hthe light of Christ so that we may be a beacon for others and hold Him in our bosom as you also did. We implore thee for the special grace to endure in our most troubled times, and not forget the poor in spirit and consequence. We ask that Our Lady Virgin be implored to pray for us sinners and for forgiveness for our transgressions through her son made perfect on the cross. Please be by our side and guide us in the Will of the Lord. Amen.
