O Lord, we ask for a boundless confidence and trust in Your divine mercy, and the courage to accept the crosses and sufferings which bring immense goodness to our souls and that of Your Church.
Help us to love You with a pure and contrite heart, and to humble ourselves beneath Your cross, as we climb the mountain of holiness, carrying our cross that leads to heavenly glory.
May we receive You with great faith and love in Holy Communion, and allow You to act in us, as You desire, for Your greater glory.
O Jesus, most adorable heart and eternal fountain of Divine Love, may our prayer find favor before the Divine Majesty of Your Heavenly Father. Amen.

God of our life, there are days when the burdens we carry chafe our shoulders and weigh us down; when the road seems dreary and endless,
the skies gray and threatening; when our lives have no music in them, and our hearts are lonely, and our souls have lost their courage. Flood the path with light, turn our eyes to where
the skies are full of promise; tune our hearts to brave music; give us the sense of comradeship with heroes and saints of every age; and so quicken our spirits that we may be able to encourage the souls of all who journey with us on the road of life, to your honor and glory.

Dear Lord,
I ask you to come and take Aroosi’s heavy burdens. We take each burden, one by one, and lay them at your feet. Please carry them for Aroosi so that she doesn’t have to. Replace them with your humble and gentle yoke so that she will find rest for her soul today. Let her receive your gift of peace of mind and heart. Thank you that she can lie down tonight in peace and sleep. I know that you, Lord, will keep them safe. We are not afraid because you are always with us. Please keep all of us daily, Lord, in your perfect peace.
