Please pray with me for the abused animals of the world

This prayer is for all of the animals across the world suffering abuse and torture. God put them on Earth for us to co-exist with and love, not to subject them to cruel pain.

Please join me in prayer for the beautiful creatures of God who have no voice and cannot fight back. Only God can truly ease their pain, but we can surely help! Amen!!!

Amen. I, too, have a huge soft spot for critters and pray that we would be better stewards of the earth and all the creatures on it, and treat them humanely and with care.

I always remember them in my prayers.

I know in Asia they treat dogs and cats cruelly for the Bok Nal days in South Korea and the various summer holidays in China, where dogs are brutally killed and eaten.

But that is not just Asia. In America many animals are abused. Some people should never have pets because they are too mean.

I read that on a remote farm in Florida some people are raising animals for sacrifice for various pagan religions. (Santeria?) They kill goats, etc. One guy bragged that he threw a living armadillo into boiling water to watch it suffer.

St. Francis, please remember the creatures you loved so much. Please pray for them.
