I’m helping take care of my dad who had a stroke, but I still have to take care of my own medical situation. I came down to see my doctor two days ago and was involved in a minor car wreck. This is the only car I can use to go back and forth between my house and where my parent’s live 3 hours away. Please pray that this car isn’t written off as totaled. We have no way of getting another car in our current situation. I would also ask for prayers for my parents and for my marriage. I praise God that I wasn’t hurt badly (although I’m really, really sore right now) - and that no one was killed. I pray with faith and expectation. I know I will be able to bring a praise report to all of you when I find that they’re able to fix my car without going over a certain amount. (I’m told to pray with expectation).
Thank you for your prayers. I’ll be doing my best to pray the Infant of Prague Novena every hour.

Dear Saint Pio of Pietrelcina, I know you said:

“Pray, hope and don’t worry… Love the cross. Accept suffering patiently; never complain. Why worry whether it is wastelands or meadows through which you pass, so long as God is with you and you arrive at blessed eternity?”

But it is so hard! Please pray for us our beloved Padre Pio… Amen.
 
I praise you, Lord, for everything good You bring to us, and I always praise You in the storm. . .thank you for no serious injuries as a result of this accident. Please ease the suffering and anxiety that Your children feel and help the physical limitations that we all have from time to time, Father. We want only to serve You better now and forever.

Thank you all for your prayers. Never have I acted as I did today. When the fellow from the insurance place and the collision place told me that I shoud “go find my title…”, I responded that God would give me a miracle. I have never been one to speak overtly like that - I got a funny look, but I had a fairly shocked fellow later when he called me up to say that I “got my miracle…” and that my car wasn’t totaled and would be fixed by Tuesday. I prayed with expectation and prayed alot - I know also wen there are more than one joined in prayer, there the Lord is - so thank you for your prayers and joining my voice to beseach the Lord for help. I thank God of course too. I will still be praying that all goes well with our mortgage and that we get that taken care of - please continue to pray that all goes well with my Dad and with our marriage and house. I know this was not turning water into wine miracle, but I am truly greatful to everyone who prayed.

Dear Father in Heaven please consider the predicament of your servant ryecroft, grant that the car will have affordable repairs, bless all involved in the situation, also the dad and the marriage. An Our Father, Hail Mary, Glory Be and a Fatima Prayer for rycroft’s intentions.
