Please Prayers for Thanks, Strength, & Great News

Hi everyone,

Recently I applied to a couple of graduate schools. I was Blessed enough to get accepted to 1 (for-profit) graduate school and also wait-listed to a (non-profit) graduate school.

Unfortunately, I was rejected from my preferred choice school as of this afternoon. At first, I was extremely mad and disappointed at God because I had stayed up praying every night for the last couple of months, including the Rosary, and had really high hopes in getting accepted, however I wasn’t even wait-listed to this preferred choice school.

So as of now, I guess I have to attend the (for-profit) graduate school, which although it is not a bad school, its still not a school where I can take pride in attending, especially since it is a for-profit school. I feel like for-profit colleges are just trying to swindle money out of students, however that’s just my opinion, and as of now I have no choice but to attend. Unless I get accepted from the wait-list to the (non-profit) school that I am on the wait-list for.

First, I would like to ask for prayers for thanksgiving to God, Mother Mary, St. Joseph, and all the Angels and Saints in Heaven for all the many Blessings I am Blessed with, and I am thankful that I at least have some opportunities to pursue graduate school.

Lastly, I would like to ask for prayers that I get accepted from the wait-list to the (non-profit) school. Also, in the event that I end up attending the (for-profit) school, I ask for prayers that they don’t swindle me out of my/my parents’ money and truly care about the students. Regardless of what happens, I pray that I still have faith in God and His Love.
