I want to redo what I said. I was in a hurry and I feel I did any inadugate job on this rebuttle. If one is going to hold to tradition (which this gentleman is overtly) then you must hold to the whole thing. Peter was fleeing Rome when he had run across Jesus heading that way. Anyhow Peter ends up going back to Rome and Is crucifed. He felt that he was unworthy to die the way his lord had so he asked to be crucifed upside down.PS: Peter requested to hang on the cross upside down, was it his last effort to let the future know that his works and his words were going to be turned upside down? Things that makes one go mmmmmm?
It was not a “his words were going to be turned upside down” but, rather an admittidness of humility. That he was less than his lord. Which makes sense scine Jesus is God and Peter isn’t. Tell him to get his Sacred Tradition right. Pretesants I mean, they get all the traditions wrong.
ohh… I liked his “the Body of Christ has no importance to a RC” comment. Yeah…They don’t beleive in the Real Presence and that you shouldn’t partake if you have a Mortal Sin like us But, We have no regard for the Body of Christ. Interesting Logic.
