Greetings to those reading and or posting in this thread,

I received an email from Little One0307 yesterday. Little One0307 is ill. The doctors do not know what is wrong with Little One0307. They ask for your prayers to get better as well. Little One0307 is exhuasted, worn out, and yet they are helping out their friend.

Little One0307’s friend has “begun to go back to Mass and is starting to do some spiritual practices in their life. It seems as if the cloud is breaking just a bit”

Little One0307’s friend sent Little One0307 an email and I have permission to quote a bit of it.

"[Real time name],

I am so thankful for your prayers and the many nights and days that you have spent with me. I thank you for being my friend and encouraging me during this time. I know I am not out of the woods and still struggle with black depression, but every now and then a thought that seems as if it were light seems to lighten up my days every now and then.

I have begun to go back to Mass on a regular basis. I go see my priest and talk with him. I go to Confession and pray a bit more. I go to Adoration once a week. This is helping a little bit.

Please tell the folks at CAF that I am very thankful for their prayers and intercessions. I know it is their prayers and your prayers that have pulled me through and will pull me through this time. I have been reading the thread and have been touched by their kindness and their care for me. If strangers that I do not know [even though now I feel like they are my family] can care for me and pray for me, then life can’t be so bad after all. If you have an opportunity please tell them of my heart’s gratefullness.

I am a bit too scared to join as of yet, but I am beginning to pray for their intentions and for them as well.

May God continue to bless all of us."

I thought you fellow posters to this thread would be interested in seeing this.

Praying that God will strengthen you Little One0307 to do what you need to do.
