Catholic Encyclopedia at www.newadvent.org. It was published about 1917; consequently, some of the info in its articles might be a little dated but orthodox.

Take a look at e-sword. It is not online, it is on your computer so it is always available even when you can’t get on line.
It has multiple versions available including the Douay Rheims and the Greek and the Hebrew and Strong’s concordance and Webster’s dictionary and many different commentaries and IT IS FREE.

Sorry I thought I saw a comma between Bible and dictionary so that you were asking about all three items. There is no Bible dictionary or encyclopedia in the e-sword line up that I know of - but it is still a terrific resource for the other references. Once again - sorry.Take a look at e-sword. Actually, if you check the various download pages, you’ll see that there are several Greek/Hebrew lexicons/definition sets (I assume this is what you mean by “dictionary”) available.
Additionally, you can import almost any sort of written material (probably including various “Catholic Encyclopedias” into e-Sword). Just try Googling for “esword the-thing-I-want-to-find” and see what it turns up.
I have an old (now public domain) edition of Vine’s expository dictionary in e-Sword which, while not Roman Catholic in authorship, I find to be a very valuable tool.
It’s really an outstanding piece of software, which will allow you to cross-reference definitions with usages in scripture, etc. If I had to pick a single item I could use for religious study, it’d be e-Sword, loaded up with various resources, commentaries, etc.
