For you that your mammogram today will give you peace and lessen your need to worry

Won’t have an answer today … mammogram is at 7 tonight … no one there to read it … will have to wait for a day or two for them to call me.

Prayer for a Miracle

God of all creation, you who spoke a simple command and brought forth light from
the darkness, I ask you now to send forth your miracle-working power to heal ( Katherine438). You cleansed the lepers, opened the eyes of the blind and by
speaking a simple command, you empowered the crippled to rise up and walk.
You sent forth your life-giving power to all those in need, including those you raised from
the dead. I ask you to send forth your healing power into Katherine438’s body and give him the strength to fight his illness. I ask this through my Lord, Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen

November 4 UPDATE: Went for a bilateral mammogram yesterday … the 3D kind … got a little scared when she wanted to take an extra picture of the breast that I feel the lump in … they said it would take 3-5 days for me to get the results … but I’m thinking I maybe would have heard today if they found something … but of course I could be wrong on that. The waiting is driving me crazy. Please continue to pray for me.
 
Our Heavenly Father is taking care of you, more than you perceive. I continue to pray for positive outcomes. I and many others (poor grammar?) greatly appreciate you being a super-dedicated prayer warrior. 😀

Sometimes they take an extra one, and that is the one they need to see that it’s not a problem. I had that done. I was lucky to get pretty much immediate results though.

Eternal God, in whom mercy is endless, and the treasury of compassion inexhaustible,
look kindly upon us, and increase your mercy in us,
that in difficult moments, we might not despair nor become despondent,
but with great confidence, submit ourselves to your holy will,
which is love and Mercy itself.
