Please say a prayer for my dog

How nice this thread has a happy ending! 😃 Well, not entirely happy, but at least Jax is home with the people who love him.

I’ve always thought that the reason we fall in love so easily with our pets is because God allows us to glimpse in them just a small reflection of their Creator. And like God, even though we don’t always treat them well, they’re always loyal, faithful and there for us when we need love.

Or that’s how I see it. :tiphat:
 
I am praying right now for your pup! I have always had doggies and know how you feel.
 
Thanks everybody! He seems to be feeling much better today. Poor dog, his private parts are swollen like a grapefruit. 😦

And wouldn’t ya know, he tried to jump the fence in the backyard again tonight. :rolleyes: They never learn, do they?

Yup, they can barely poop, but they’ll still try and jump the fence. Some dogs, I tell ya. :rolleyes: Maybe now that he’s fixed it will become less of a problem. Hope he didn’t hurt himself trying to escape.

Post a photo so we can see the cute little guy we’re all rooting for.

Jax is beautiful! He looks almost exactly like the dog I had when I was in school. I have pictures of her that she looked just the same…

Poor baby, he has really been through it, hasn’t he? But I am so relieved that he is home & doing better…All the love is as good as medicine for him!!
 
He’s just adorable! I sure hope he feels better soon (and stops fence jumping ;))
