Quite often times when my nice visit, she and I wanted Lake actually two of my nieces were visiting as well as one of my nephews but, they had stayed at the house when I decided to go for a walk with that said niece (they were under adult supervision) no she and I walked to the lake but we were also followed on the way there because two dogs followed us one of which I take full responsibility for, since he does belong to my household. Now my next door neighbour’s dog has a habit of following that dog too, normally my dog is well behaved when I tell him not to go after other dogs unless that dog is around. We’re all fine and dandy. Until I got near the house before you get to the lake. The older woman that is usually there doesn’t really have a problem with me. But there were a bunch of people there today they own this guy was out on his front porch and I mentioned after he said this that I think he was drunk and then I said I shouldn’t be saying that without evidence to which my niece reminded me that he was drinking a beer at the time and there were 3 other ones next to him. So instead of politely asking me to do something with my dog and talking to me man to man. He threatens to shoot my dog in front of my niece who turned eight years old yesterday. This is not something I think you should do in front of a child. He also used very very offensive language to say it’s one thing to use those types of words but another thing to say I forcefully that “I’m going to shoot hat SOB” in front of an eight-year-old child is pathetic. Now, on the way back there was younger girl there whom I don’t remember seeing there and their dog actually went after my neighbour’s dog. This actions a little hypocritical I wouldn’t have shot his dog if it came in my yard unless it was a threat. My dog was clearly not a threat. Anyway what bothers me about this though, as I said was him saying that in front of my niece. Technically my sister owns the property not the one he lives on but we live in an association and I’m wondering if we should go through the association to talk about this because we do have to abide by certain bylaws. Say a prayer for him as well as myself on my niece because I’m pretty offended and my niece was not happy
