Please say a prayer to end the culture of death

Let us say a prayer to end the culture of death. I’m thinking most specifically of the recent news that Portland, Maine will be giving birth control pills to girls as young as 11 and the highly controversial anti-family law that Gov. Schwarzenegger has just signed. :nope:

Jesus, we ask you to continue to show Your Mercy to this world. We pray for the conversion of hearts regarding issues of life and quality of life. We pray that young children will be able to be protected and no longer assaulted by the enemy at such a tender age. For that we ask for courage, for all parents and relatives, to say no to what is common or the norm. To limit exposure and have more quiet time. We pray for those who are standing up to the culture of death in their writings and radio shows, that a gillion angels would take the words around the world and it would be resounding proclamation. We ask for each person to stand united for life. We pray for those who work in the culture of death, that they would be given better jobs in other industries or in more caring areas of their fields. We pray for forgiveness for all of those who need it. Bless us and bring us all home to Glory.

I have been praying for many years for the culture of death to end and will continue to do so.
 
OMG (G meaning goodness) I can’t beleive that they are giving birth control to girls at 11 years old. I don’t even think that I knew what that was when I was 11. I’m 16 now and I don’t even have a desire to use the pill. I will definately pray. This is an issue that really needs worked on.:

CHAPLET TO GOD’S MERCY

Using normal rosary beads,begin with:

The Lord’s Prayer : Our Father, Who art in heaven, hallowed
be Thy name…… Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee…….
the Apostles Creed :I believe in God, the Father Almighty, Creator of heaven …

On the five large beads :

Eternal Father, I offer You the Body and Blood,Soul and
Divinity of Your dearly beloved Son,Our Lord Jesus Christ,
in atonement for our sins and those of the whole world.

On the ten small beads :
V. For the sake of His sorrowful Passion,
R. Have mercy on us and on the whole world.

At the end of the Divine Mercy Chaplet say three times:

Holy God, Holy Mighty One Holy God, Holy Mighty One, Holy
Immortal One, have mercy on us and on the whole world.

Invocation: O Blood and Water that gushed forth from
the Heart of Jesus as a fountain of mercy for us,
I trust in You (3 times)

Sign of the Cross :in the name of the Father,
and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.
Amen.
