You know what , Littleone,you are right.I shoul not have allowed such a small random thing upset me to such a degree.I know my bible and the catechism pretty well and am normally well guarded against such despair,but like I said I was in a weakened state do to the hideous e-mail and I just found out that I’m pregnant with my fourth child,so maybe that has something ti di with my recent emotional meltdowns.Thank-you all for your replies and well wishes.

I knew it, and goooooood for you . Keep on keeping on, you are the kind of person who God can use to help those who forget that they are strong when Jesus is strong in us. AND the Holy Spirit is in command. i wrote something about being in a state of weakness, in the thread - “what are your thoughts on self denial”.
What you wrote I guess stands for all of us, eh friend.
