i have trouble falling asleep. one night, i was thinking about death and hell , very afraid. i could not sleep at all due to fear.

then i said this prayer, which i call the bullet prayer. bullet as it is quick, used in emergencies and effective.

Eternal father, by the passion of jesus and the merits and intercession of mary and all saints and angels,(intention = remove all negative aspects of this fear.)

and i slept quickly. so i want to thank God for this and praise him.

I just said a Glory Be to thank our Lord with you. God bless you.

…joining in Prayers of thanksgiving for a prayer answered.

Mary.

Hail Mary,
Full of grace,
The Lord is with Thee.
Blessed art Thou amoungst women,
And blessed is the fruit of Thy womb,
Jesus.
Holy Mary,
Mother of God,
Pray for us sinners,
Now and at the hour of death,
Amen

Saint Michael, the archangel, defend us in battle, be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil, may God rebuke him, we humbly pray. And do you, O’ Prince of the Heavenly host, by the power of God thrust into Hell Satan and all the other evil spirits who prowl about the world for the ruin of souls.

Amen.

†

Our Father who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name.

Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread.

And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.

And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.

Amen.

†

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.

Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb Jesus.

Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.

Amen.

†

Glory be to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Spirit,
As it was in the beginning, is now and ever shall be world without end. Amen.

:gopray:

Thanks be to God.

God, grant me the Serenity to accepts the things I cannot change;
the Courage to change the things I can;
and the Wisdom to know the difference.

Praise the Lord.
