Plenary Indulgence for Praying for Vocations

I have a copy of the Raccolta which seems to indicate that the church still authorizes a plenary indulgence for

praying for vocations before the Holy Eucharist for one half hour

and then confessing ones sins sacramentally and then making a Holy Communion.
 
I found the “usual conditionis” for obtaining an indulgence. You’re also supposed to pray for the intentions of the Holy Father, and get to confession and communion within eight days. You are also supposed to have the intention of obtaining the indulgence.
